PAYMENT

This shop accepts payments though PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal. This shop never has access to your credit card information. If you choose E-Check for payment, your order will ship when payment has cleared. This may take from 3-5 days.

SHIPPING

Please make sure the shipping address you provide during checkout is correct. If an order returns because of an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be required for re-shipment.

All orders are shipped via USPS

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Whenever possible, I also ship on Saturday. Shipping notification emails are sent for each order.

Depending upon the size, orders are mailed in USPS Tyvek envelopes, EcoEnclose Recycled Poly Mailers, or Priority Mail boxes. Skeins are placed in recycled/recyclable resealable bags from EcoEnclose. I am trying to reduce the amount of plastic I use - some orders will be wrapped in recycled tissue and/or recycled kraft paper. Large orders are sometimes separated into multiple parcels.

RATES

USA:
All orders ship via Priority Mail for a flat rate of $5

International orders*

Canada:
1 skein - $10, each additional skein - $2.25
First class international to Canada now includes delivery confirmation.
(Large orders may end up shipping via Priority Mail due to weight or value of order)

Everywhere else:
1 skein - $13, each additional skein - $3.25

*All customs fees, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer.

*International First Class Mail shipments are not trackable once they leave the US and this shop is not responsible for lost/missing orders once they enter the postal system. First Class International has been quite reliable, however, international customers may request Priority Mail International, a trackable service. Please use the contact form to request a quote and include the number of skeins you will be ordering as well as the country to which the order will ship.

MULTIPLE ORDERS/ORDER COMBINING 

I am happy to combine orders whenever possible. I usually sort, pack, and label orders promptly - it may not always be possible to combine orders if they are placed more than an hour or two apart.

RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery of your order. Please contact the shop before making a return. Returns will not be accepted for yarn that is sent back without contacting the shop first. The yarn must be unused and in original condition (skeined and tagged). Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund of the purchase price of the yarn will be issued promptly after the yarn is returned and inspected.

Discounted/Sale listings are not eligible for return.

Great care is taken to portray colors and bases as accurately as possible, yet variances between monitors and screens is unavoidable. If you have questions about bases and/or colorways, please don't hesitate to contact me before making a purchase.

Everything available for purchase is in the shop.

NEW Sept. 2017: Shop updates are returning to my previous system - I dye yarn in small batches and add them to the shop as I complete them. No announced/scheduled updates.

Orange Flower yarn is not available for wholesale purchase.

CUSTOM ORDERS/PRE-ORDERS

Everything in the shop is ready-to-ship. I do not currently offer custom orders or pre-orders.

PRIVACY

Orange Flower Yarn will never use information you provide for any other purpose than to complete your order. Customers will not be automatically added to an email list or newsletter subscription.
